The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill "To amend several legislative acts of Ukraine in regard to improvement of operation of public prosecution"

The bill (Reg. No. 11074) aims at improving the provisions of current legislation governing the status of prosecution bodies and the procedure of realization of their powers to reinforce protection of rights, liberties and interests of natural persons and legal entities, and interests of the state.
